This was a complex project aimed at explaining intricate biological processes. To support this, we used natural environments where these processes typically occur as the primary visual settings.

For this project, the client was looking for a visual style that evoked a hand-drawn and watercolor feel. They were very specific in requesting that certain areas of the illustrations feel sketch-like or partially painted, while others feature a more detailed watercolor-style finish. Although the illustrations emulate traditional techniques, they were created entirely using digital tools.
